Hello and welcome to my personal blog! :)
This blog is here to enable me to post to you each and every fitness related musing on my mind and also share with you my many up and coming articles on training.
At the moment I am a qualified Personal Trainer living and working around London's lively Notting Hill area & I also sell and market supplements and provide nutritional advice to aid an individuals training.
In terms of my background in fitness, I have worked workes in the industry for over 6 years as a gym instructor, class instructor, personal trainer and also dabbled at a management level for 2 years of the 6! My own training has taken me from being a semi-pro footballer to start with, to being an elite timed rower, a body model and now a man more concerned with keeping a good physique.
Fitness can mean all sorts of things to different people. Some may believe it is being at the top of their game whilst some would say it just means being able to cope with everyday life that bit easier. In short, the term is quite ambiguous, but what ever you believe it mean, it shouldn't be too far out of reach for you to achieve!
Anyway, I think I should wrap things up for now before I end up going off on tangents. In the meantime have a think of what fitness really means to you and how you can get there. I will be back in a couple of days to update!
